Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. If you require a refund, please review our policy below:

EFT Payments – Refunds for payments made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be processed in full.

PayFast Payments – Refunds for payments made via the PayFast payment gateway will be issued minus the transaction fees charged by PayFast.
Refunds will only be entertained if manufacturing has not commenced, as all orders are custom-made based on each specific order.
All refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the original payment date.
