Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
All products are dispatched between 7 to 14 working days from the date of order confirmation unless products do not have to be manufactured specifically for your order.
Please note that additional charges may apply for delivery via The Courier Guy, depending on the delivery area. Clients will be informed of any extra costs prior to shipment and any extra charges will need to be paid via EFT before goods are dispatched.
While we take every precaution to inspect goods for damages prior to dispatch and utilize protective packaging, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during transit.

To make sure your order arrives quickly and without delays, please select the courier option that matches your delivery area at checkout.
We carefully check each address before dispatch so that parcels are sent with the right courier. When the wrong option is chosen, it takes extra time to correct details, send follow-up emails and rearrange the courier process to include new courier options. This can slow down your delivery, and a R50 handling fee will be added to cover the additional work.
By selecting the correct option from the start, your order can be packed and sent out faster — getting your goodies to you without any hold-ups.

Returns
Please be informed that returns of manufactured products are not permitted, as these items are custom-made based on your specific request.
Returns of outsourced products are permitted as long as they are in their original, unopened packaging, have not been used or tested, and are returned within 7 days of purchase.
