How do I place an order on your website?
Simply browse our products, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details, select your preferred shipping and payment options, and complete your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase has been successfully placed.
How long does shipping take?
Orders require 7–14 business days for processing before they are dispatched. Once your order has been processed, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. If you require your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your required timeframe.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Shipping is free for orders over R750 . Orders below R750 will be charged according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to track your parcel directly through the courier’s official website.
What is your return and refund policy?
Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds on made-to-order silicone moulds and 3d printed items. For outsourced products, refunds may be considered provided the product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging within 7 days of placing the order. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Do you offer discounts or seasonal promotions?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within South Africa. We are looking into offering international shipping in the future, so please keep an eye on our website for updates.
