- Payment is usually accepted through EFT, ATM deposits, Shoprite or Checkers money transfer.
- We DO NOT ACCEPT BANK TELLER DEPOSITS!!!
If payment is made through a bank teller, clients are held liable for extra charges incurred for this service. Goods will be held until payment is received.
- Goods are dispatched only when funds reflect in our account. Depending on your bank, funds sometimes takes up to two days to reflect.
- Due to unfortunate past experiences, we do not allow transfer of funds and collection of goods on the same day, unless an immediate credit is done. Funds need to reflect before goods are fetched or payment needs to be made upfront in cash.
- Proof of payment via bank SMS or email is a must. A screenshot of the payment notification is not accepted as proof of payment.
- If you would like to reserve goods for payment at a later date, a deposit of half of the amount will be required. In cases as such, you will not be allowed to cancel the order or exchange the reserved goods for other products.
